Birth 1st Hepatitis B
2 months 2nd Hepatitis B
1st DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)
1st Polio (by injection)
1st HiB (haemophilus influenza B)
4 months 2nd DTP
2nd Polio (by injection)
2nd HiB
6 months 3rd Hepatitis B (between 6 and 18 months)
3rd DTP
3rd HiB (if needed)
3rd Polio (orally, between 6 and 18 months)
12 months 1st MMR (measles, mumps and rubella - may be given at 12 or 15 months)
HiB booster (at 12 or 15 months if needed)
Varicella - chickenpox vaccine (may be given any time after 12 months)
15 months 4th DTP
4 to 6 years 5th DTP
4th Polio (orally)
2nd MMR (or between 11 and 12 years)
11 to 12 years Tetanus and diphtheria booster (every 10 years throughout life)
Hepatitis B for children not previously vaccinated
Varicella - chickenpox vaccine (to children not previously vaccinated or who have not had chickenpox)
